Can we customize a collection?

Absolutely. Our collections cover what most couples need, but additional hours, photographers, filmmakers, rehearsal coverage, albums, and film upgrades can be added. If your wedding has multiple locations, a large guest count, or something wonderfully complicated happening, we can create a custom recommendation.

What is the difference between a highlight, feature, and Full length wedding film?

A highlight film is a short, cinematic recap focused on the biggest moments and overall energy of the day.
A feature film tells a fuller story using vows, letters, speeches, and natural audio.
An full length wedding film gives us more room to include the people, locations, conversations, and smaller moments that shaped the day.

What is the Story of Us Session?

The Story of Us Session is a relaxed pre-wedding interview filmed before the wedding day. We’ll guide you through conversations about your relationship, how you got here, and what you’re feeling heading into the wedding. Pieces of those interviews are woven into your final wedding film. 

*The session does not include a separate interview video, and the interviews may not appear in their entirety.

Do we need two photographers or filmmakers?

For most full wedding days, two team members provide much more complete coverage—especially during getting ready, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and events happening at the same time. Additional team members may be recommended for large guest counts, multiple locations, complicated logistics, or overlapping events.

Can we choose the music for our wedding film?

We use professionally licensed music so your film can be shared online without copyright problems. You’re welcome to tell us what genres, moods, or styles you love—or absolutely hate—but the final song selections are made based on the pacing and story of the film.

How do we officially reserve our wedding date?

Your date is officially reserved once we’ve received your signed contract and retainer. Until both are completed, the date remains available to other couples.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! After the retainer is paid, the remaining balance can be divided into manageable payments leading up to the wedding. The full balance must be paid before the wedding day.

Is travel included?

Travel is included throughout San Luis Obispo County. Weddings outside the county may include mileage, lodging, airfare, or other travel expenses depending on the location.

Are you insured and do you have backup equipment?

Yes. We operate with a business license and carry business insurance that most venues require. We bring backup cameras, lenses, audio equipment, memory cards, and other essential gear. Your files are also backed up after the wedding and kept in multiple locations while we work on your gallery and films.
